Motivational Coaching Individual/Group Sessions
Learn more about yourself, what drives you, where you might need to improve on to maximize your networks and emotional intelligence. Also, together we explore perspectives, beliefs and attitudes that could be holding back your personal, professional, and spiritual advancement. I give you the opportunity to talk through tough issues and gain new perspectives that could help you make better decisions. You will also gain clarity on your values, beliefs, and issues you stand for, and blind spots you may or may not be aware of. By offering you support and confidence to be bold and courageous enough to tap into your deeper self; build on specific skills in areas such as: communication, professional personal development, conflict resolution, building viable networks, change management, ect. desired results will be seen. I am committed to be professional and transparent at all times!
Networking Vendor Expos
EKC networks with entrepreneurs/small business owners on a regular basis with the intent to gain a relationship with them in order to host successful vendor shops throughout the year. These occasions will provide them with a platform and publicity to expand their exposure to gain future clients and customers.
Entrepreneur & Small Business Mentoring
EK's role in mentoring is broken into 3 focus areas (Sponsoring, Cheerleading, & Counseling). Sponsor: Helping you to open doors, monthly meetings will take place providing referrals to a wider network of suppliers, clients and resources as well as promoting your unique business expertise. Cheerleader: I am jumping & clapping each opportunity allotted to provide you with inspiration to achieve what you have the potential to do, to challenge you in your assumptions and encourage your entrepreneurial development. Counselor: This entails me actively listening, probing to discover the key issues affecting your success, clarifying, and providing impartial advice on the best course of action for your business growth.

Gaining knowledge is a key to success. EKC conducts meaningful learning events as such for people to be able to partake in opportunities to gain knowledge and become empowered. During these open forums, people feel safe to share their own experience(s) and testimonies as a form of release and expression to help others.
